I'm a founder and operator who's spent years in the trenches of service businesses — building them, scaling them, and eventually selling them. I started with a marketing agency running Meta ad campaigns and managing end-to-end client acquisition. I sold that agency and went on to build FlowSystem AI — a 24/7 AI-powered front office that answers calls, qualifies leads, books jobs, and follows up on every estimate so no revenue slips through the cracks.
Along the way, I became obsessed with a question most founders never get around to asking: What if your sales and marketing operations could run without you?
Today I help founder-led service businesses do exactly that — replacing manual follow-up, missed calls, messy CRMs, and inconsistent pipelines with AI-driven systems that actually close. I've built autonomous AI agents that handle everything from inbound call answering to lead qualification to outbound outreach, and I bring that same infrastructure thinking to every engagement.
